An embroidered shisha bag I made a while back when I brought The Techniques of Indian Embroidery by Anne Morell, ISBN 1-883010-08-x it doesn't give you projects just techniques and inspiration a great little book.
Some unfinished bead work, I think I will make it into a sweet bag for the Christmas tree next year.
A bead work top I made Myself a while ago still really quite like it, good job because the bead work took a little while.
Yummy my bead drawer.
Yummy my embroidery thread drawer.
Some children's clothes I made a while ago when I thought I may like do do it for a living. Lucky I remembered making patterns and sewing is way too hard and puts me in a terrible mood when i have to unpick everything. Painting is much easier you can just paint over your mistakes. Argh!
A lot of these dresses were inspired by a Schiffer book I have called The Well Dressed Child Children's Clothing 1820-1940 ISBN: 0-7643-0858-0
Super cool biscuits, My brother's girlfriend comes from the Czech Republic and she is always baking things the way her Nan taught her. This is what is left of her Christmas biscuits they did look even better but most got eaten I grabbed these last minute. Apparently Christmas biscuits are quite a competitive sport in the Czech Republic I am going to order mine with holes in next year for the Christmas tree.
