My very first kokeshi doll brought from Selfridges for the bargain price of £1. This was the inspiration for Ollerina. The glass Christmas tree was a charity shop find and I love it.
Swedish horses, my mom had some of these when we were little so when I found these in a charity shop I had to buy them. They add a nice splash of orange, look cool and my little boy likes to clip clopp them around the house, truly multi-functional.
A picture I made with some small bits of Japanese paper from a brilliant paper shop in Canada. http://www.paper-ya.com/ .
My collection of vintage beaded bags amazingly a lot are from local charity shops.
I took a trip to Whitstable in Kent over Christmas. I have not been there for ages what a brilliant time I had. I hopped from shop to shop as my family stood outside head in hands mumbling not another one, there are more cool boutiques than you can shake a stick at, toys, chocolates, gifts and cards, art, all sorts.
